Hot and Wet, Not the best combo for agility.

The weather was hot for the first few days, then go rainy on the last day. The rings had good drainage and held up to all the running, turning and jumping from dogs and handlers alike.

We look forward to Nationals coming back to Calgary next year (2010) for the tenth running of the event.

I'm Glad we did it, but I'm glad it's over.

As part of the organizing commitee for this years Nationals it was a long year. Despite having my mind half on the event and the other on the dogs runs. I still managed to put together my best Nationals ever. Both Elly Belly and The Dude competed this year with outstanding results. Elly placed in 2 of 6 events and The Dude placed in 5 of 6 and finished 8th overall in 22" specials. Here is the link to an interview we did for Shaw.
